Stress Diary

By Nancy Montgomery
CONSUMER HEALTH INTERACTIVE

When you’re under stress, taking the time to write about it may feel like the last thing you want to do. But keeping a diary is the first step towards getting your stress under control. Follow the directions on our Stress Diary and note each time you feel stressed. You might even find some areas of stress you weren’t aware of before. Use the Stress Diary for at least a week. Once you get a clear picture of the stress in your life, you can use our Stress Plan to help you manage it.
