Introduction

Larch is a tree that grows in North America. Arabinogalactan is a compound found in the bark of the larch tree. Larch arabinogalactan has been used to help the body fight off infection. It can be taken as a powder.

Safety Notes

It is likely safe to take larch arabinogalactan for a short time. Not enough studies have been done to say whether it is safe to take for a long period or by women who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
